All of the young professionals were employed at the Amur GPP within a year after graduating from the company's partner educational institutions (Tomsk Polytechnic University, Amur and Orenburg State Universities, Amur Technical College), having been trained in the areas that are in most demand at the plant.

The undergraduates majoring in refrigerators, cryogenic equipment, air conditioning and life support systems have spent a whole month in order to get acquainted with the process and equipment of the Amur GPP.

Boccia is suitable for people with the most severe forms of central nervous system damage and spinal injuries.

Over 130 students filled out their questionnaires for their on-the-job training and employment at the Amur GPP. Most of them are trained in the areas in much demand at the plant like chemical process, oil and gas business, and chemical production machinery.

Their research in the field of process automation, feed processing, social and personnel policy, economics, accounting, ecology, occupational safety, repair and maintenance of the oil and gas complex was assessed by a scientific commission led by Mikhail Morozov, Chief Engineer and First Deputy Director General of Gazprom Pererabotka.

Loop and functional tests of the equipment, additional leak tests, drying and inerting of the pipelines and units are underway on process line 1 and 2 of Amur GPP. Pre-commissioning is underway at the gas fractionation and NGL treatment unit of process line 1. 

All construction and installation works have been completed and a full range of pre-commissioning know as cold commissioning has been performed. These include loop and functional tests, blowdown and dehydration of the cold box, adjustment of heat tracing circuits of the equipment.
