Seventeen Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk employees receive their young professional certificates

The solemn ceremony of awarding the status of young professionals to the Amur GPP employees took place today in the town of Svobodny. The first 17 people received their certificates from the management of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (acting as the investor, owner and operator of the Amur GPP).

«Together with your mentors, you will learn how the plant works, how the business processes are organized in the company and the industry. We have various retraining and advanced training programs in different areas. We will support you in this. You need to learn how to solve real production tasks, prepare for career growth. You need to learn how to tackle real process issues and prepare for your career growth. Your managers will entrust you with more difficult areas and will promote you as soon as they are confident enough in your professionalism,» said Danis Fairuzov, Chief Engineer and First Deputy Director General of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC, to the young people.

All of the young professionals were employed at the Amur GPP within a year after graduating from the company's partner educational institutions (Tomsk Polytechnic University, Amur and Orenburg State Universities, Amur Technical College), having been trained in the areas that are in most demand at the plant. These include chemical process, automation of processes and production, laboratory ecologist, oil refinery operator, electric power and electrical engineering.

«I have studied hard at the university. After my on-the-job training, I dreamed of being employed by Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk which offers opportunities for further growth and development of a young professional. I was noticed and invited to work at the Amur GPP. I want to live and work in my home area where the largest natural gas processing plant in Russia is being built,» said Kirill Prikhodko, category 4 operator of process units and Amur State University graduate.

Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk pays special attention to working with young professionals. its mentoring and social projects are aimed at improving the quality of professional training, hiring and retaining young personnel members at the Amur GPP, as well as the most efficient use of the creative potential of the young people.

The program for development of young processionals has been created for those who want to become a professional in their respective field,» says Natalia Zinovieva, Amur Technical College graduate and category 2 operator of process units.

The status of a young professional gives one the right to be elected to the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the company, which allows one to actively express oneself in research and innovation activities and social life of the company. Young professionals are also given the opportunity in terms of nomination of candidates for the Amur GPP succession pool.
