Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk employees become winners of 10th Science and Technology Conference of Young Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka

The 10th anniversary Science and Technology Conference of Young Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka was held in Saint Petersburg at the end of October. Employees of all holding branches presented their projects and research in a remote format. It includes professionals of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC (the investor, owner and operator of the Amur GPP) who have made their reports for the first time. Their research in the field of process automation, feed processing, social and personnel policy, economics, accounting, ecology, occupational safety, repair and maintenance of the oil and gas complex was assessed by a scientific commission led by Mikhail Morozov, Chief Engineer and First Deputy Director General of Gazprom Pererabotka.

Ramin Nagiyev, an employee of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk, took the third place in the Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Automation, Metrology and Communication section with his research in the prospects of introduction of an advanced process control system for the gas fractionation unit.

«I have previously participated in introducing advanced process control systems at other plants in Russia. This is also relevant for Gazprom Pererabotka's facilities, as it will help to increase the operational efficiency of the plants,» said Ramin Nagiyev.

Mikhail Michukov, another employee of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk, took the third place in the Technosphere Safety, Ecology and Energy Efficiency section with his report about development of a biological product for oil spill and petroleum product response with the biological fertilizer production.

«Young professionals often have their own view on ordinary things and this promotes the development and improvement of processes. All reports presented in our section were well designed. There was effective competition among the participants,» believes Mikhail Michukov.
