Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk, LLC is a dynamically developing company, part of Gazprom Group, established for implementation of Amur Gas Processing Plant construction and operation in Amur region of the Russian Federation.
The operations of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC include natural gas processing with extraction of ethane, production of liquefied hydrocarbons and helium, and gas preparation for its subsequent export.

One of the main priorities of the Company’s activities is to follow the provisions of the Environmental Policy of PJSC Gazprom and applicable international and Russian statutory, regulatory and other requirements related to environment protection and efficient use of resources.
The following principles are established in the environmental management system:
• Improvement of law and regulatory basis;
• Implementation of the environmental management system;
• Ensuring effective industrial environmental monitoring during construction of Amur Gas Processing Plant facilities;
• Interaction with the authorities and the public.
Solutions on conducting industrial environmental monitoring during construction of Amur Gas Processing Plant are set out in the Project Documentation with a positive conclusion from the Federal Autonomous Institution «Russian State Expert Evaluation Department» (Glavgosexpertiza of Russia). The following methods were used during the development of industrial environmental monitoring: • solutions on designed facilities construction organization and technology;
• materials for complex engineering surveys;
• materials of the section «Environmental protection measures list»;
• materials of the section «Construction organization project».
The technical solutions adopted in the project documentation comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire-fighting and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure safety for the life and health of people.
