Amur GPP holds career guidance meetings with students
The company's employees held career guidance meetings with students of educational institutions in Blagoveshchensk, including Amur State University and its vocational secondary education faculty, as well as Blagoveshchensk Polytechnic College.
The event was attended by some 300 potential young specialist interested in the job with good prospects. They learnt about the on-the-job training at the Amur GPP, employment, working conditions, benefits, as well as watched a film about the Amur GPP young professionals.
«Real-life communication with students helps them decide on their future professional area. We pay special attention to students of Amur and Far Eastern universities and colleges that graduate students in professions in demand at the Amur GPP. The best students will be invited for the on-the-job training with further employment,» said Aleksei Kuptsov, Head of the Department for Personnel Recruitment, Adaptation, Development and Welfare.
The career guidance meetings will be held in several more educational institutions of the Amur Region in the near future. Similar events had been held at universities and colleges of Vladivostok and Khabarovsk.
