Amur GPP staff meet with Amur Technical College students in Svobodny

Representatives of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk held a career guidance meeting with the students of its partner Amur Technical College of Svobodny. It became the final one in a cycle of meetings of the company team with the students of eleven educational institutions of the Amur region and other areas of the Russian Far East. The key goal is to raise the interest of the students to the Amur GPP with internship, as well as to discuss their potential employment.

The students were told about the most modern gas processing plant and the professions in demand. Ruslan Sabbakhov, head of the maintenance and repair workshop, talked separately with the future fitters and explained the specifics of their future work. Another part of the meeting was a tour of the workshops and laboratories of the college with all the necessary equipment for professional training.

«Since the beginning of the Amur GPP project, the college has been training the professionals in demand at the new plant. In recent years, we have employed 59 graduates to the plant. We are interested in hiring local staff. Out of more than three thousand employees at the Amur GPP, one third are Amur residents. This figure will increase further thanks to the employment of young staff members,» said Aleksei Kuptsov, Head of the Department of Recruitment, Adaptation, Development and Social Security of Personnel.
