«The key to the development of young personnel is the connection between the employer and the university. Such internships for the lecturers enable them to learn on the spot about the modern approaches to the design of natural gas processing plants, features of equipment operation, and the level of training of the professionals. We will continue to search for talented young people willing to develop their knowledge in the workplace. Amur GPP is a great start for professional career growth of a technological university graduate,» said Mr Lebedev.
