Non-professional emergency response team created at Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk

September 16, 2021 06:38 Throughout the year, 26 volunteers from among the employees of various divisions of the owner and the operator of the Amur Gas Processing Plant underwent comprehensive training on implementation of measures related to elimination of emergency situations.

After training at the Educational and Guidance Center for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations and Industrial Safety (Blagoveshchensk) and successful certification of the members of the new team, the Committee of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for certification of emergency rescue units and rescuers of PJSC Gazprom (St. Petersburg) examined the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the rescuers, their physical training, and documentation of the team. A certificate of compliance of the non-professional team with the mandatory requirements has been issued, and it confirmed the readiness of the volunteer rescuers to promptly respond to emergencies and to eliminate their consequences (specialization: search and rescue operations). All members of the emergency rescue teams of Amur GPP were awarded with the rescuer certificates, tokens and booklets under the international standard.

The new emergency rescue team is equipped with the required special equipment, including the vehicles (bus, truck, and two emergency rescue vehicles GAZ-27057), as well as communication tools, PPE, search and control equipment, emergency rescue tools, firefighting tools, and equipment for work at height, and medical kits.

The team consists of the staff of the process divisions of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC from different regions of the country, including nine residents of Svobodny town.
