Compliance of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk management system with international standards confirmed
ROSTEHCERT LLC, the official representative of the Quality Austria certification body, conducted another audit of the integrated management system (IMS) of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.
The purpose of the audit was to assess the compliance of IMS with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
During the audit, the auditor team highlighted the activities of the company in development of IMS in 2020–2021 the company activities for risk assessment and planning measures for their management, leadership, informal approach to maintenance of IMS, high level of personnel competence, team work, preparation and presentation of information in the media on events and exhibitions as its strengths.
The purpose of the audit was to assess the compliance of IMS with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
Following the results of the audit, the certification body resolved to issue new certificates of compliance of the quality management system and the environmental management system of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, respectively, to the company (due to expiration of the previous certificates), as well as to confirm the validity of the certificate of compliance of the health and safety management system with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 previously issued to the company.
Background
Integrated management system (IMS) has been implemented at Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC since 2018 in order to optimize the management system and bring it in line with the requirements of international financiers. IMS currently includes a quality management system, an environmental management system, a health and safety management system, and a social accountability management system and is used for the following types of activities:
• management of the Amur Gas Processing Plant construction in terms of the investor and the owner activities;
• management of the Amur Gas Processing Plant construction project in terms of organization and control of the project implementation.
Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC (member of Gazprom Group) is the investor and owner of the Amur Gas Processing Plant project.
