Another house for Amur GPP employees commissioned in Svobodny
Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk have entered their homes in Svobodny today. The house on Litvinovskaya street welcomed its residents. The nine-storey building has 72 apartments.
Dmitrii Dubinin, operator of a process unit, received the keys to his brand-new two-room apartment. A young professional and Amur State University graduate, he came to work at the Amur GPP from Blagoveshchensk.
«It is a very cozy and bright apartment. The layout is excellent. It has everything one needs for comfortable living. I am very glad,» Dmitrii shared his emotions.
The Shumilov family from Tobolsk also received the keys to their spacious three-room apartment.
«I am glad that my daughter now has her own room. And there is a place to walk: there is a wonderful playground with a slide, busy boards, and artificial turf in the common area. There is also a spacious sports area for playing football and basketball,» says Dmitrii, household head.
All company's apartments have interior finishing, furnishing, plumbing, and household appliances. There is a parking lot, a fenced playground and sports grounds for children near the house. Like other, this house is for the employees of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (Amur GPP investor, owner and operator). Zhiloy Mikrorayon LLC act as its developer.
Alekseevsky residential district designed for 5,000 people is under construction in the northern part of Svobodny. A total of 42 apartment buildings with 1,688 apartments and 36 townhouses will be built here, and associated social infrastructure will be created: a school, a daycare facility, a hospital, a community center, and a sports complex.
