«The purpose of the trade union is to find solutions in a dialogue with the workforce. A collective agreement is an instrument for interaction between an employer and an employee implemented at many gas industry companies. And it is an important instrument for such a large plant as the Amur GPP. Moreover, the Amur GPP team is young, active and not afraid to talk about issues of concern. This is the essence of social dialogue and social partnership,» said Kirill Bogush, Deputy Chairman of the interregional trade union.

More than 50 questions received from the employees were considered at the conference, with the delegates having asked 14 questions.
