Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk presents Amur GPP jobs at Kazan National Research Technological University
A great interest regarding the on-the-job training and further employment at the Amur GPP aroused among the students at Karyerny Bum job fair at the Institute of Petroleum, Chemistry and Nanotechnology of the Kazan National Research Technological University. Some two hundred people visited the booth of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (the investor, owner and operator of the Amur GPP) within a few hours.
«Kazan University is one of the key universities for our company. It trains a lot of professionals in demand at the Amur GPP. We want to employ the best professionals with a sound academic background at our plant. We talk with the students at the fair personally and see their potential,» explained Nikolay Chulkov, Head of the Hiring Department of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.
Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk and Kazan University signed an agreement on training Amur GPP personnel in 2019. Kazan University students undergo on-the-job training at the Amur GPP; its teachers come to the plant for internships, and the Amur GPP employees are involved in development of the university curricula. It should be noted that Yuri Lebedev, Director General of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk, is a Kazan University graduate.
