Amur GPP jobs presented in March at Gazprom's job fairs in leading Moscow and St. Petersburg universities
Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (investor, owner and operator of the Amur GPP) took part in the job fairs of Gazprom subsidiaries in the major technical universities in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The first event was held on March 16 at the Gubkin University, while the second was hosted by Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University «LETI» on March 24.
More than 100 students of both universities were consulted on employment and internship at the Amur GPP, and two dozen of them expressed their willingness to have their on-the-job training at the plant and filled out their questionnaires of the gas processing plant. The greatest interest in employment at the most modern gas processing plant in Russia was shown by the students majoring in chemical technology, mechanical engineering, refrigeration and cryogenic technology and life supporting systems, oil and gas business, process machinery and equipment, and electric power and electrical engineering.
«We are ready to take well-performing students with a high level of motivation for professional growth for the on-the-job training. We are willing hire the best. For example, students of Gubkin University have been having their on-the-job training at the Amur GPP for several years now, getting some unique experience and the opportunity to realize their potential in the profession,» says Nikolai Chulkov, Head of the Recruitment Department at Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.
Recruitment of full-time operational personnel at the Amur GPP is ongoing. It is planned to employ a total of 3,200 people. The company already employs over 2,500 people.
