Students meet with Amur GPP professionals at Gazprom job fair in Tomsk

The students were advised on training and employment as well as talked with the managers of the production units of the Amur GPP at the booth of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.

Ruslan Bukembaev, Deputy Head of the Department for Production No. 1, Andrey Shaposhnikov, Head of the Department of Automatic Process Control System Engineering, Vladislav Hudov, Head of the Department of Water Supply and Disposal, Vitaly Markov, Head of the Department for Repair of the Pumping and Compressor Equipment, took part in the meetings with the students at the job fair at the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University this week. The professionals evaluated the training level of the students and their desire to work at the new plant.
«I was particularly interested in the students majoring in chemical technology, but the students majoring in oil and gas business, gas production and transportation also attended the booth. Everyone has a good theoretical basis even with a short conversation. In addition, I even have managed to conduct ten-minute interviews with three young process chemists. They answered all of the questions precisely and clearly, and to the point. I am considering the students as candidates for vacancies of operators at the process units. It is interesting that the girls have a great desire to work at the new plant as well. We received their CVs for consideration of the central plant and environmental analytical laboratory,» Ruslan Bukembayev notes.
«I considered the students majoring in computer science and engineering. The students actively asked questions about the plant, working conditions, and on-the-job training. I suppose that the opportunity to personally communicate with the Heads of the Departments of Production will give results in the near future. Our team will be replenished soon with new young professionals,» said Andrey Shaposhnikov, Head of the Department of Automatic Process Control System Engineering.
64 application forms have been accepted from the students wishing to have on-the-job training with subsequent employment at the Amur GPP.
