Modern chemical laboratory created at Amur State University with assistance from Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC
Amur State University in Blagoveshchensk hosted the opening of a modern training laboratory in the field of chemical processes and equipment today. Eight units simulating the processes in a real production environment were purchased and installed under the guidance and with financial assistance from Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.

Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk and Amur State University have a long-term cooperation. In 2015, a dedicated auditorium and laboratory for the Faculty of Engineering and Physics were equipped at the university at the expense of the company. A year later, the first group of students in the field of chemical processes enrolled at the university with the support of the gas company. In 2017, Amur State University obtained the status of the key partner of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC. In 2018, the company and the university signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of provision of labor resources, including the student internships.
Amur GPP is to be one of the world's largest natural gas processing plants with its annual capacity of 42 billion cubic meters of gas. At its full capacity, Amur GPP is to provide annually around 38 billion cubic meters of sales methane, 2.4 million tons of ethane, 1.5 million tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), 200 thousand tons of pentane and hexane fraction and 60 million cubic meters of helium. Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC (member of Gazprom Group) is the investor, the owner and the operator of Amur GPP.
