In February 2021, the overall construction progress of the Amur Gas Processing Plant reached 72.8%.

The installation of process pipelines has been completed on the Licenced Units of Start-up Complex 1 (1st and 2nd process lines), and work is in progress to insulate and install its electric heat systems. Commissioning works at the Compressor station are under completion. The first flare stack was lifted into upright position and got ready.First pair of gas pumping units Ladoga-32 are being prepared to be started-up.

An air compressor has been started at the nitrogen-air station, the mechanical completion of the main compressors has been achieved, and arrangements are being made for nitrogen supply.
Finishing works have been completed inside priority premises of central control room and automatic work stations for 10 operators have also been equipped.
The foundations are being concreted on the 5th process line for the equipment that will be delivered to construction site in the navigation of 2021. Here the installation of equipment and steel structures has already been started — pressure swing adsorption unit and helium unit hydrogen reactor, deethanizer overhead accumulator and gas separation unit drain drum installed.
