Trial run of the air compressor took place at the nitrogen and air unit of the Amur Gas Processing Plant as part of the commissioning operation.

Process air and instrument air generated by this unit is needed for operation of instruments, supply of pneumatic equipment and other process needs.


This unit has an increased capacity of more than 26 thousand cubic meters per hour of process air.


Background

Amur Gas Processing Plant of Gazprom PJSC will become one of the world's largest natural gas processing sites with a capacity of 42 billion cubic meters of gas per year. Its products include purified methane, ethane, propane, butane, pentane and hexane cut, and helium. Investor and owner of the Amur Gas Processing Plant project is Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC (part of Gazprom Group). Construction is managed by NIPIGAS JSC.
