Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk employees receive keys to 155 company’s apartments
Alekseevsky residential district is hosting a housewarming party in Svobodny. Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (the investor, owner and operator of the Amur GPP) moved into three other houses last week. All 155 company's apartments have interior finishing, furnishing, plumbing, and household appliances. There is a parking lot, a playground and sports grounds for children near the houses.
Evgeny Ippolitov, operator of the ethane and natural gas liquids production unit, has been working in the oil and gas industry for 19 years. He came to work at the Amur GPP from Salavat this year. His former colleagues who are working at the new plant recommended this place. «The project is interesting, benefits for employees are decent, so I decided and moved my family to a new region,» said the new resident. A few months after moving, the Ippolitovs moved into a spacious three-room apartment.
In total, Alekseevsky residential district will host a housewarming party for 250 families of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk employees in December.
The residential district to accommodate 5 thousand residents for the Amur GPP operational personnel is in construction on the north side of Svobodny. A total of 42 five-storey residential buildings with 1,540 apartments and 36 townhouses with 148 apartments will be built. Thirty-one residential buildings with more than a thousand apartments have been occupied in the district.
The project provides social and cultural facilities in the new residential district: a school, a daycare, a health centre, leisure and sports centres, and a supermarket.
