Eleven students of Gubkin University have arrived to Amur GPP for internship

Eleven students of Gubkin University have arrived to Amur GPP for internship. During this month, they are going to be trained on the plant first train and central laboratory.

Yuri Lebedev, Director General of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC, has held a meeting with students, during which he noted: “It is a great opportunity to get familiar with features of the plant with help of highly skilled professionals, which will act as your mentors during your internship. Besides, it is also a great opportunity to get the experience of working on such an advanced plant, as Amur GPP”.

The students will get an opportunity to learn about low-temperature processes and operation of Amur GPP’s cryogenic equipment used for liquefaction and production of helium, methane and other hydrocarbon gases.

As Andrey Kozlov, the curator of the group of students, the Assistant Professor of Department of Gas Chemistry of Gubkin University, noted, “Such internship is a significant event. It is the first time when our students are going to pass the internship on such an advanced plant that utilizes the state-of-the-art processes and technologies. It’s impossible to get such an experience anywhere else in Russia”.
