Today, a computer science classroom for children with disabilities was opened at school No. 5 in Svobodny under the sponsorship of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC. As a part of the charity program implementation, Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk applied funds towards the school to purchase laptops, as well as create a local network in the educational institution.

This is the principle that guides our company in financing social projects,» said Andrey Belousov, Deputy General Director for General Issues at Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk. «We annually invest in educational institutions in Svobodny and Svobodnensky district.»
«I am grateful to Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk for the fact that they were able to allocate funds to equip this class,» said Vladimir Konstantinov, the Head of Svobodny town administration. «It is important that children can fully master modern technologies.»
Currently, the school has 116 children with musculoskeletal system disorders, mental retardation, and autism spectrum disorders.

In addition, the classroom will allow to implement a propaedeutic course for students of 5th, 6th, 8th and 9th correctional classes, — underlined the Director of school No. 5, Anna Shipilova. „The charitable assistance provided by Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk turned out very relevant, timely and substantial.“
In 2020, Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk allocated more than 21 million rubles for charitable projects. Contractors involved in construction of Amur Gas Processing Plant also provide extensive social assistance to the town and the district.
