Demethanizer installed at  Amur GPP 4th process line

The methane extraction column (demethanizer) was installed at Amur GPP 4th process line. The equipment is designed to separate the methane fraction from the multicomponent gas which will be supplied via the Power of Siberia gas pipeline from the Chayandinsky and Kovyktinsky fields.

Demethanizer weight is 870 tons, the length is 88 m, the maximum diameter is 6 m. This is the largest equipment item of the fourth line of the Amur GPP. Cranes with a lifting capacity of 600 and 1600 tons were used for column installation.
