Gazovik football team wins Amur Region Governor's Cup
Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk Trade Union team of the Amur GPP has won the 1st league of the first amateur football championship for the Amur Region Governor's Cup prizes. Not only did they win the league's leader title, medals and the Governor's Cup, but also received 85 thousand rubles.
Narek Bagdasaryan and goalkeeper Vitaliy Sorokin were awarded special the Best Player prizes.
«We are grateful to everyone who believed in us, our athletes and fans, and special thanks to Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk Trade Union. With its help, our team was able to participate in the tournament,» said the team's captain Mikhail Minusenko.
Some three dozen Amur Region teams took part in the Governor's Cup championship. 270 games have been held.
