Amur GPP job fairs take place at employment centres of Kstovo and Dzerzhinsk
Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (investor, owner and operator of the Amur GPP) presented the existing open positions at the job fairs in Kstovo and Dzerzhinsk, cities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The greatest interest was shown in the jobs related to process unit operator, product operator, process unit mechanic, as well as positions for engineering and technical personnel: chemical engineer, mechanic, power engineer and others.
Job seekers were primary interviewed by workers of the recruitment department and representatives of the process divisions, having a consultation on moving to the Amur Region and employment. They saw videos about the status of the Amur GPP project, natural gas processing, sales helium production, as well as about the current activities of the employees from various departments.
Recruitment of operational personnel at the Amur GPP is ongoing. All those who move to Svobodny in the Amur Region are provided with high salary, relocation compensation, comfortable company-provided accommodation, indefinite employment contract, additional paid vacations, voluntary health insurance, bonuses based on their performance, additional benefits, and compensations. Currently, more than 3,200 employees have been working at the plant, and more than 400 positions have been opened.
