Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk assists to organize tours in the Amur Region for children from Svobodny
Young residents of Svobodny with health problems and children from large families had the opportunity to visit the sights of their native land as part of the 165th anniversary of the founding of the Amur Region. The tours that help to learn more about the history and culture of the Amur Region were organized by Lada multiservice centre in Svobodny with the financial support of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (the investor, owner and operator of the Amur GPP).
«A series of interactive tours „Towards the New“ is designed for participants of the children's rehabilitation shifts of our centre's branches. The participants gain new knowledge and skills, communicate with each other and take part in the workshops. This interactive format allows for family excursions and parents can spend more time with their children,» said Anna Bykovskaya, Deputy Director of Lada multiservice centre in Svobodny.
During the first tour to Blagoveshchensk, the children together with their parents visited the artillery semi-caponier, took part in the workshop at the baker's museum, and traveled by boat to the Amur cross-border bridge. Immediate plans for them are to visit the regional military historical park «Patriot», where a copy of the first settlers fortress on the Amur is built. In addition, the participants will have a trip to the Kucherov carpentry workshop in Krasnoyarovo village, where they will be able to know about the Russian woodworking traditions.
