Samara region hosts Amur GPP job fairs

Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk told about job vacancies at the Amur GPP in Syzran, Novokuibyshevsk, Samara, and Tolyatti. Industrial job fairs of the investor, owner and operator of the Amur GPP were held in the employment centers of the cities.

They were attended by more than 100 applicants with professions in demand at the new plant. First of all, these include operators of process units, process pumps and pumping units. Potential candidates had the opportunity to have an interview with the heads of the Amur GPP production units directly at the events, learn about the specifics of employment in the project, have their questions about employment conditions answered. The visitors also watched some video materials about the plant itself, as well as about the new residential district with comfortable company-offered housing is provided for the Amur GPP employees.

«We are a keen interest in the new modern plant from employees of existing oil and gas processing plants in Samara region. Following their interviews with our production managers, many of the visitors to the job fairs demonstrate their willingness to move and get employed at the Amur GPP. In the future, we expect an increased inflow of candidates from this region,» says Nikolai Chulkov, Head of the Recruitment Department of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.

Recruitment of operational personnel at the Amur GPP is ongoing. All those who move to Svobodny in the Amur region are provided with relocation compensation, comfortable company-provided accommodation, indefinite employment contract, additional paid vacations, voluntary health insurance for the employees and their family members, bonuses based on their performance, additional benefits, and compensations.

It is planned to employ a total of 3,200 people for the plant. The company already employs over 2,600 people. More than 600 new jobs are on offer in 2023.
