Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk participates in the IV International Scientific Conference «Gas Chemistry-2023» (Gasochem-2023)
Strategic areas and current objectives in the field of gas processing and gas chemistry, including the implementation of the Amur GPP project, were discussed by the industry professionals at Gazprom VNIIGAZ, the key research center of PJSC Gazprom.
The plenary session of the conference was held by Yuri Lebedev, Head of the Department of PJSC Gazprom and Director General of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.
«Implementation of large industrial projects, including the Amur GPP, in the current situation has raised important issues for us in order to improve processes based on domestic solutions. This requires their comprehensive study by professionals,» said Mr Lebedev, stressing that gas processing and gas chemistry are some of the most promising areas of development of the Russian economy today which allow to meet the domestic needs for high-demand products in the country.
The conference was attended by the employees of PJSC Gazprom, Gazprom group companies, National University of Oil and Gas «Gubkin University, Atomenergomash, VNIIUS, Boreskov Institute of Catalysis of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Salavat Catalyst Plant, Novomichurinsk Catalyst Plant, and other companies in this industry.
