Sixth house for Amur GPP employees commissioned in Svobodny

March 26, 2022 18:00Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk employees and their family members celebrated a housewarming party in a house with 56 apartments in the center of Svobodny. Keys to the company’s apartments in the new building were handed over from the representatives of the special purpose vehicle Zhiloy Mikrorayon to Andrey Belousov, Deputy General Director of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk, who, in turn, handed them to the new residents. New company’s apartments have everything for a comfortable stay, including furniture and household appliances. There is a children's playground on the adjacent territory.

Currently, the real estate developer has already built six houses for 377 apartments for the Amur GPP employees in Svobodny. It is planned to commission the next 7 houses intended for the residence of Gazprom Group companies' employees in Svobodny.

Meanwhile, Alekseevsky residential district for 5,000 people is under construction by the same real estate developer in the north of Svobodny. These are 36 townhouses and 42 apartment buildings with 1,688 company’s apartments, as well as a school, kindergarten, clinic, community centre, and gym. First 12 houses were commissioned in the district at the end of last year, 390 families of the Amur GPP employees celebrated the housewarming.
