85% of Amur GPP construction workers are vaccinated against influenza and pneumococcus


More than 27.5 of Amur GPP construction workers have been vaccinated against influenza and pneumococcal infection Mass immunization started at the end of September and covered more than 85 % of construction and engineering personnel.

Now about 150 medical specialists, including more than 40 doctors, work at Amur GPP construction site. Regular medical examinations are carried out for early detection and hospitalization of patients, as well as screening for coronavirus of healthy personnel in order to isolate infected and contact persons. A three-month reserve of medicines, antiseptics and personal protective equipment is maintained. Special attention is paid to fulfillment of sanitary standards in workers' places of residents and canteens.

Management performs the task force to coordinate the activities of medical services to prevent the spread of a novel coronavirus infection. The current sanitary and epidemiological situation at Amur Gas processing Plant is assessed as stable according to experts.
