Second group of students start studying in Gazprom class supported by Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC in Svobodny

26 tenth graders selected on a competitive basis began their training today in Gazprom class supported by Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC. The celebratory assembly dedicated to the Day of Knowledge was held at school No. 1 in Svobodny. This is the second group of students of the dedicated class who has graduated from the ninth grade with «excellent» and «good» grades and also won the discipline competitions. Not only the students of schools in Svobodny, but also other settlements of the Amur region are among them.

«The doors to the world of new knowledge will open with the first bell for the first-graders. With no less trepidation, high school students, including the Gazprom class, have been waiting for this day for the second group. The children received a unique opportunity to study in a dedicated class where they will be able to get acquainted with the history and prospects of Gazprom development. Good academic performance and the desire to link their future with the gas industry make it possible to join the ranks of Gazprom students in order to get a profession that is in demand at the Amur Gas Processing Plant. Over the next two years, Gazprom class students will study physics and mathematics in depth, participate in industry competitions and student gatherings, contests for research projects, cultural and recreational events, and visit the construction site of the Amur Gas Processing Plant with excursions.
The first group of Gazprom class of school No. 1 in Svobodny has graduated earlier in 2019. The majority of graduates have signed the company-sponsored education contracts for the country's leading universities, including the key universities of PJSC Gazprom.
