Section of river Zeya ready for shipment of oversized cargo to Amur GPP
Test run of barges and tugs with over 3.5 kt heavy cargo was performed on river Zeya. This has been done to assess the quality of the dredging operations performed at the section of the river starting from Blagoveshchensk to the temporary jetty under construction in Svobodnensky district to be used for handling of oversized and heavy-lift cargo for Amur GPP. The ship route was around 212 km long.
Construction of residential area for Amur GPP employees commences
Construction of a new residential area for Amur GPP employees commenced. It will be built in the north of Svobodny where the military camp used to be.
