The public of Svobodny was told about the HR policy of Amur GPP and Amur GCC, and about educational, charity and social projects.
A regular meeting of the Public Council of the Amur GPP and Amur GCC projects was held in Svobodny on August 27.

At the beginning of the meeting, it was noted that for the moment the project of the Amur GPP project is around 80%. Evgeniy Baklanov, Deputy General Director for HR Management of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC, explained the company policy regarding involving local personnel into the Amur GPP.

«For the moment, the company employs 370 employees from the Amur Region, half of whom are residents of Svobodny. The company is interested in local personnel. We need for specialists in such fields as energy, water treatment, communications, procurement and transport, and we need local employees for these vacancies. By 2025 the share of local employees is to be at least 36%» — Evgeniy Baklanov told.

Besides, the latest results of environmental monitoring, proving the safety of Amur GPP construction, and describing the biodiversity in the project area, were discussed.

Employees of the Amur GCC informed the representatives of the public on advanced training of the personnel and on implemented, current and planned educational projects regarding personnel training. Issues regarding implementation «Formula for Good Deeds» program of SIBUR and Amur GCC initiatives regarding creation of public spaces in Svobodny and modernization of the existing facilities were discussed separately.

Regarding the Amur GCC project, 11 projects awarded with «Formula for Good Deeds» and 12 interregional projects, that are already being implemented, are included in the 2021 plan.
