Main gas separating unit of the second train of Amur GPP has reached the mechanical completion

August 5, 2021 14:18Main gas separating unit of the second train of Amur GPP has reached the mechanical completion. Pipeline tests are completed, pipelines have passed the purging procedure. Methane and ethane extraction columns, along with nitrogen removal unit are being prepared for operation.

For the moment, commissioning works involve the personnel of the plant owner (Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk), the plant general contractor (NIPIGAZ), equipment suppliers and partner companies.
The second train is planned for putting into operation until the end of 2021. The first train was put into operation on June 9.
