First graduates in Gazprom class
Graduation party of school No. 1 in Svobodny was held in Lazo recreation center. 77 students received their matriculation certificates, including 25 students of the first Gazprom class in the Amur Region.The educational project was launched in September 2017. Children, winners of competitions and discipline contests who graduated from their 9th grade with «excellent» and «good » grades were selected for the class on a competitive basis. Students of the discipline-specific class engaged for two years in in-depth career guidance training aimed at obtaining higher education in the discipline in demand in Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.
The results of the unified state exam showed that the children have good knowledge in compulsory and dedicated disciplines. For example, Elizaveta Popova completed her unified state exam in Russian for 98 points, and 95 in chemistry. In 2018, she took part in the full-time round of the industry competition of PJSC Gazprom, received a diploma of the 3rd degree in the chemistry discipline. Valeria Ropot scored 96 points in Russian and 78 points in chemistry.
Ilya Mamontov, Valeria Ropot and Elizaveta Popova received gold medals.

Contracts on company-sponsored training were signed with 18 children. They will continue their education at the key universities of PJSC Gazprom: Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, St. Petersburg Mining University, Tomsk Polytechnic University, Kazan Technological University and Irkutsk Technical University, as well as at the partner universities of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC: Far Eastern Federal and Amur State Universities.
Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC plans to accompany the students throughout the entire period of their study. The most successful graduates will be employed at the Amur Gas Processing Plant.

On September 1, 2017, the first Gazprom class in the Amur Region opened its doors at school 1 in Svobodny. The initiator of the class was Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.
The Gazprom сlass dedicated training program is implemented by Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC together with school 1 (Svobodny), Amur Technical College (Svobodny) and Amur State University (Blagoveshchensk).
Since 2013, dedicated Gazprom classes have been operating in the regions where Gazprom subsidiaries operate.
Today, Gazprom classes operate on the basis of 20 general education organizations in 5 federal districts of the Russian Federation with the support of 17 subsidiaries of PJSC Gazprom.
