Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk office in Svobodny join Green Spring 2019 campaign

Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk joined the All-Russian Ecological Community Cleaning Event Green Spring 2019 which is held by the non-governmental environmental fund named after V. I. Vernadsky with the support of PJSC Gazprom.

Last weekend, the children cleaned the area around the art school,» explained Nadezhda Pavlovich, Chief Specialist of the Environmental Protection Department of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk.
Also, six contractors involved in the construction of the Amur Gas Processing Plant participated in the city-wide community cleaning event. The construction personnel cleaned up the square on the 40 Let Oktyabrya street.
«This is one of the most important places in the town. Nearby is the Lokomotiv Stadium where many people, including our employees, go to to play sports. „I really want people to take a walk in a clean park after classes, or just get off the bus. Gazprom’s Amur GPP will become Russia’s largest natural gas processing plant and one of the largest plants of this kind in the world. Its design capacity will amount up to 42 billion cubic meters of gas per year. GPP will also include the world's largest production of helium — up to 60 million cubic meters per year. The Amur Gas Processing Plant is an important link in the process chain of natural gas supply to China via the Eastern route. The plant will receive the multi-component feed gas from Power of Siberia gas pipeline from the Yakutsk and Irkutsk gas production centres currently built by Gazprom with its Eastern Gas Program. Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC (member of Gazprom Group) is the Investor and Owner of Amur Gas Processing Plant project. Construction is managed by NIPIGAS, a leading Russian centre for engineering, procurement, logistics and construction management (member of SIBUR Group). Peak time for construction will be in 2019 to 2020 when approximately 25,000 workers will be mobilized to the site.
The All-Russian ecological community cleaning event Green Spring has been held at the initiative of the non-governmental environmental fund named after V. I. Vernadsky and All-Russian Society for Nature Protection since 2014. Dozens of Gazprom subsidiaries are actively participating in the event.
