Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk employees take part in ecological campaign to clean up springs near Pyora river

Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk employees together with members of the Public Council of Amur GPP/Amur GCC, town council deputies, specialists of the Youth, Family and Childhood Department of the town administration and members of Svobodny volunteer corps helped to clean up the springs in the suburbs near the water sources of the Pyora river.

More than 30 bags of garbage were collected on the river bank with cascading natural water sources, and trenches were made to drain stagnant water. The town administration department for housing and communal services and landscaping have provided active assistance by issuing tools to the participants of the community clean up campaign and organizing free garbage pickup.

The ecological campaign of the gas industry workers was held on the eve of the World Environment Day as part of the town-wide volunteer clean up and the EkoSvoboda project that united public activists and companies of the gas chemical cluster on the eve of the 110th anniversary of the founding of Svobodny town.
