Amur GPP employees clean and take out 20 bags of garbage from Rakusha river bank

Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk (investor, owner and operator of the Amur GPP) took part in an environmental community cleanup on the territory of Svobodnensky district as part of the EkoSvoboda project. NIPIGAS, Yamata and Velesstroy employees who participate in the plant construction also were involved in the cleaning of the territory by the river.

The event took place last Friday in one of the most popular places among Svobodny residents: the riverside of Rakusha river in Chernigovka village. 15 people immediately responded to the request from the administration of Zheltoyarovsky rural settlement and cleaned the area of the riverbank in Chernigovka village. As a result, more than 20 bags of garbage have been collected and taken out.

«I really want people who attend the beach to take care of nature and not spoil the beauties of nature. The rural settlement administration regularly monitors the situation: we have installed the refuse collection containers in our village for this reason, and we expect that visitors will clean up their garbage, and our favorite leisure places will remain clean,» said Zinaida Kulikova, head of Zheltoyarovsky rural council.
