Mass gathering places preventive disinfection at Amur GPP

A large-scale preventive disinfection of mass gathering places began at Amur GPP, as well as in Svobodny. Chemical and biological protection divisions of Army 35 stationed in Belogorsk (Amur Region) were involved.

During the week, the military will clean more than 200 thousand square meters, including residential and general premises of construction camps canteens, shops, offices, meeting rooms and other common areas in the residence areas for shift personnel, as well as vehicles, checkpoints and access roads.

Enhanced security measures at Amur GPP have been in effect since February 2020. Currently, the entry of vehicles and citizens who are not involved in construction is restricted. An additional checkpoint with a medical inspection post has been deployed. Antiseptic treatment and premises disinfection are regularly carried out on Site, as well as non-contact body temperature measurement for all personnel engaged in construction. The exit out the perimeter of Amur GPP for construction workers is limited: works are carried out in the «closed gates» regime. Observators for 620 beds deployed at construction site and in construction camps, additional medical personnel involved, and a stock of medicines and disinfectants created and replenished.
