Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC launch Let's Green the City Together campaign
Employees of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC together with students of Gazprom class of school 1 of Svobodny held the Let's Green the City Together campaign. The event was initiated by the ecologists of the company together with the town volunteer movement EkoSvoboda (EcoFreedom). 110 saplings of trees and shrubs were planted on the territory of the sponsored educational institution.«Our company has been consistently implementing a program of environmental protection measures. Today's campaign is valuable because it also has a social aspect, the students of our sponsored Gazprom class are implementing the principles of environmental protection in practice, with shovels in their hands,» explained Andrey Belousov, Deputy General Director for General Affairs of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC.

EkoSvoboda is a volunteer environmental project created by the Public Council of the Amur GPP in 2017. The project implements the initiatives of public and voluntary organizations in Svobodny. The project participants have dozens of environmental events, children's competitions and townwide entertainment events.
At the initiative of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC, the first Gazprom class in the Amur Region was opened at school 1 in Svobodny in 2017. 25 students were selected on a competitive basis. The first Gazprom сlass will see its first graduates in June 2019.
